About Karsten Kusch
Karsten Kusch, born in 1972, was a former master-class student of Professor Klaus Fußmann and is one of the young realists in the Berlin art scene. His paintings and graphic works deal with urban spaces and maritime places. The artist was "Island Painter 2011" of the Sylt Art Association. During several stays on the island, he created numerous works in painting and printmaking.
The field of graphic arts, that includes artistic representations, which are reproduced by various printing techniques.
Printmaking techniques include woodcuts, copperplate engraving, etching, lithography, serigraphy, among others.
