About Andrei Krioukov
Andrei Krioukov was born in Moscow in 1959. For decades he has been living in Germany. Initially in the documenta city of Kassel and currently in the art capital Berlin. He completed his studies at the Moscow School of Fine Arts.
Andrei Krioukov has made it his mission to artistically process the multitude of impressions and capture them in his works. His aim is to counteract and decelerate the fast pace of our zeitgeist. The objects he paints are absolutely modern and outstanding in colour.
The field of graphic arts, that includes artistic representations, which are reproduced by various printing techniques.
Printmaking techniques include woodcuts, copperplate engraving, etching, lithography, serigraphy, among others.
