Detailed description
Bracelet "El Dorado"
Colombia was discovered by Amerigo Vespucci, not by Christopher Columbus - yet this jewellery is considered "pre-Columbian". Our replica originates from the Gold Museum in Bogotá and can be traced back to grave findings.
"El Dorado", the legendary land of gold, is an impressive name for a piece of jewellery. "El Dorado" is truly opulent with 24-carat gold-plated metal plates and brown pearls - and the original was absolutely worthy of a princess. Moreover, it shows the artistry of which pre-Columbian goldsmiths were already capable far more than 1000 years ago. Flexible with an elastic band, width 4.5 cm, diameter 5 cm.
