Vittorio Luigi Tessaro
Tessaro was born in 1958 in Tuscany and grew up in the Vicenza area. He was the greatest modern talent of the Venetian school of sculpture, working freelance and on commission after his art diploma.
Tessaro mastered the classical language of art: dreamy yet clear. Tessaro's sculptures embody self-confident young women. He captures their graceful and erotic charisma in natural poses. His preferred material is Carrara marble. He creates his slender female sculptures with a sensitivity that is expressed in the virtuoso mastery of form and in the infinitely delicate modelling of the surface: hymns to female beauty.
