Kristina Girke
She knows how to captivate the viewer in a grandiose way. Kristina Girke, born in Halle an der Saale, Germany, in 1968, is an excellent artist – a painting storyteller. She is part of the young artists' group "New German Art" who inspire the world of arts.
The subject of her paintings are mostly historical events, staged in a modern way. Unusual events coincide, which can be a challenge for the viewer to decipher.
Today, the artist lives and works in Berlin.
